Agriturismo Cascina Bettina
A relaxing break in nature for young and old alike
The Azienda Agricola Bettina was born in 1998 when dad Olivo decided to buy twenty Alpine chamois goats. As the herd grew, the need arose to turn this passion into the family’s main activity. Moving from Cortine di Nave to Caino, on the S. Eusebio hill, the family bought 12 hectares of land and built a stable for the goats and another one for a small flock of Bergamasque sheep and donkeys. Today the farm has about 150 goats. Goats’ milk is transformed into various types of cheese (exclusively with unpasteurised raw milk), puddings, yoghurt and homemade ice cream. The Agriturismo Cascina Bettina also produces cured meats and goat meat, sold directly on the farm. In the shade of the gazebos, it is possible to stop and enjoy local cheeses and cold cuts, filled focaccia, desserts, drinks and coffee or even a tasty aperitif or snack with friends. Children can see the farm animals and play in the large playground.
