The “La Madia” Trattoria was founded in Brione in 1998 by Chef Michele Valotti. The Trattoria is characterised by the combination of raw materials used in an experimental way and the taste of traditional cuisine. The chef’s skills are extraordinary, but the success of the place is also due to the outstanding producers from which the Trattoria sources its ingredients: a vital condition for authentic, genuine and innovative cuisine.
